Prices are for hire only, any washing service (charged at £8 per 100 items for crockery, cutlery, glassware), delivery etc quoted separately. We do not charge VAT.

BREAKAGES/REPLACEMENT COSTS - in the event of accidental breakages we charge £3 per item for crockery items and the full replacement cost of other items.  We use products that are durable and suitable for commercial use, with affordable replacement costs. We charge a nominal deposit of £20 per order, from which we would deduct any breakages. For larger items or bulk breakages in excess of £20, we would request reimbursement within 7 days of invoice. 

PLEASE NOTE FOR COLLECTION FROM US - The weight of large quantities of china is significant and requires careful manual handling, adequate & secure storage in a vehicle you use, and adequate handling to/from the venue. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN LIFTING.
